SelectX v1.0

SelectX is a small tool which can be use to send text from any application to Madhura Dictionary.

Features:

	* It adds new menu items into default context menu of any edit control
	* It adds new menu item into internet explorer context menu ( also available in CHM e-books )
	* It adds new menu item into FireFox context menu 
	* It creates global shortcut(ALT+M) to run Madhura Dictionary

Behind the scene:

	On SelectX load, it install a CBTProc hook to detect new window creation. if a detected window
is an edit control, then SelectX subclass that control. After that,SelectX can easily modify context menu of
that control. slick eh?
SelectX also install a keyboard hook to detect ALT+M key combination.
IE context menu intergration accomplished using registry entry + vb script
FireFox context menu intergration accomplished using an extension
